This Week's Program February 1st Nic Stoltzfus of Live Oak Production GroupNic Stoltzfus is a writer and photographer at Live Oak Production Group. A graduate of the Florida State University Communication Program, Nic has always appreciated the art of storytelling. His first script, Coastal Dune Lakes: Jewels of Florida’s Emerald Coast, went on to be nominated for a Suncoast Emmy in the writing category and won People’s Choice for the 2014 Telly Awards. Along with the script, Nic also wrote a companion coffee table book which won the Gold Medal (Visual Arts) in the 2015 Florida Book Awards. The next project he went on to do was write a script for Apalachicola River and Bay: A Connected Ecosystem, which was nominated for a Suncoast Emmy in the writing category. He has recently written the script and coffee table book for The Great Florida Cattle Drive: Unbroken Circles project. Live Oak Production Group specializes in capturing stories about nature, art and education through cinematography, photography and writing. People in Action in Thomasville Upcoming Events & ProjectsTuesday,February 5th - Whine or Wine at Relish from 5pm to 7pm Thursday, February 8th - BLOOD DRIVE at the Plaza Thursday, February 8th - Board Meeting at Relish @ 5:30 pm Wednesday, February 13th - Honoring our local HEROES-Thomasville and Thomas County Fire Departments at the Remington Avenue Fire Station. Cooks are needed by 3:30 pm Setup will begin at 4:00 pm Lunch will be served at 5 pm. Clean up should be completed by 6:30pm
Wednesday, February 14th - Rotary has Heart Senior Valentine's Day Party & Dance at Scott Senior Center
