Archbold will be hosting in-person tours at their new Advanced Therapy and Sports Medicine facility located at 2300 East Pinetree Boulevard.
The tours will be offered to six people at a time in 20 minute blocks in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Sign up is required to attend. Masks are also required, and temperature checks will be administered. A patient privacy form will require signature prior to touring.
A box lunch will be available for pickup at the end of your tour.

We are pleased to announce that the Rotary Club of Thomasville has made GREAT progress in exceeding President Brown’s GRSP Giving Goal of $25,000. As of January 31, 2021, Club members have given $27,956, exceeding our goal by almost $3,000 [$2,956]. We have another month in this year’s campaign with final donations to be in Savannah by the end of March. Teri White must have final donations in-hand on Thursday-March 25, 2021. The GRSP Giving Total for the Rotary Club of Thomasville, as of February 18, 2021, is $507,389.70.
GRSP Donor Awards Presented Two donor awards were presented at the Club meeting. Bert Guy, Chairman of District 6920; and GRSP Chair was on hand to assist Debbie Goodman, GRSP Committee Co-Chair in making presentations.
Andre’ Marria was recognized via Zoom, as the Club’s newest Jake Cheatham Fellow (JCF). This award is given in recognition of contributions of $7,500 or more and honors a long-time GRSP Trustee. Jake Cheatham served as the GRSP Secretary/Treasurer for over 30 years and was a member of the Rotary Club of Griffin. Andre’ was honored with a JCF plaque and sterling silver/emerald stone pin.

Bill Dickey was recognized as the Club’s newest Will Watt Fellow (WWF). This award is given in recognition of contributions of $1,000 or more and honors the founder of the Georgia Rotary Student Program, Will Watt, who was a member of the Rotary Club of Thomasville. Bill was honored with a WWF plaque and gold pin.
GRSP Officials on hand for the meeting included: Bert Guy, Chairman, District 6920; GRSP Chair; Mike Sweigart, Vice Chairman, District 6910; Lorri Christopher, Secretary District 6900; Katheryne Fields, GRSP Marketing and Development Director; and Scott Rich, GRSP Trustee. GRSP Officials and local Club Members gathered on Wednesday to begin planning the GRSP Conclave to be held in Thomasville in August.

The Bloodmobile will be stationed at the Archbold Advanced Therapy and Sports Medicine facility for those wishing to donate blood.
