Rotary Has Heart for Seniors September Luau

This year's Scott Senior Center Birthday sponsorship was held September 25, 2026.  The Rotary Club of Thomasville provided decorations along with food.  This year's food supported two entrepreneurs from SPARK Thomasville: Sheena with Sheena's Shrimp and Grits and LaTasha with GiGi's Cafe' & Desserts.  Sheena provided a great presentation and served shrimp and grits.  (Chicken was also an option for those who did not eat shrimp.)  LaTasha provided a strawberry shortcake banana pudding.  Cold canned fruity beverages were served with a decorative luau koozie for the guests to take home.  Rotarians were present to assist with handing out food and drink, clean up, and visiting with each senior present.   As always, a birthday photo was taken in front of a backdrop of the birthdays in September.
