This Weeks Program!
Rotary Foundation Presentations and Awards

The Rotary Foundation transforms your gifts into service projects that change lives both close to home and around the world. Since it was founded more than 100 years ago, the Foundation has spent more than $4 billion on life-changing, sustainable projects. With your help, we can make lives better in our community and around the world. The Rotary Foundation mission:  To help Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace by improving health, providing quality education, improving the environment, and alleviating poverty. Foundations Chair Fran Milberg will recognize fellow rotarians and what they have given.

What You Missed Last Week!

What a very informative and thought provoking meeting we had last week. Hat's off to Centennial Committee and Jeff and Mike for taking the lead on gathering the leader for this discussion. You could hear passion and a call to action from the panelist and the Rotarians who spoke. The Panelists included Marvin Dawson (Legal Department - Flowers Foods), Ashley Griffin (Director of Marketing at Archbold and Director of "Live Better" , Dr. Rachel Anderson (Archbold Primary Care),  Lieutenant Juan Reyes (Salvation Army), Scott Chastain (Owner Entrepreneur of Everfan and Tisk Task), Angela Kiminas (Executive Director of Hands-On Thomas County), and Jeana Smith (Director of School Nutrition- Thomasville CIty Schools). This is only round one and round two will be next week. Make sure you are available to attend the meeting in person or join live on zoom. We had several guest visiting with us, thank you to our fellow rotarians for inviting guest to attend such a special meeting. We are fortunate and blessed in many ways that sometimes we take things for granted. Love on your family, spend time with friends and give to continue to make a difference in the world.

Fireside Chat 11/9 at Harry's Fish Pond
