As Director of Advanced Manufacturing for the Georgia Department of Economic Development, Mike directs a team of project managers who help site new manufacturing plants executives in Georgia.
Mike is also the statewide coordinator for Georgia’s certified site program.
Prior to this Mike worked for Georgia Tech, and served in a variety of positions over a 20-year career at Georgia Quick Start, including Director of Marketing and Director of Operations.
Before joining Quick Start, Mike worked in economic development for Georgia’s Electric Membership Cooperatives and in business development for a new technology start-up.
Mike has a BS degree in Business from Indiana University and a Master’s in Information Systems Management.

(ONEHOPE is a California-based social enterprise that sells wine and other products and services to raise awareness and funding for charitable organizations and social causes.ONEHOPE donates half of its profits to charity and each ONEHOPE wine varietal supports a different charitable cause or organization.ONEHOPE Winery is in Napa, California. Robert Mondavi, Jr., grandson of Robert Mondavi, has partnered with the winery.)

Pool Tournament - Rotary versus Kiwanis has been postponed
Saturday, March 24th, District Assembly in Columbus, GA - We encourage all Board Members for the current and the upcoming year to attend. We invite any member that would like to attend to please join us. We meet at the Belk parking lot a little before 6:00 am (TBA), we drive over to Columbus, stopping half way for a coffee break, a full Breakfast will be served, assembly takes place and we adjourn and travel home. Group decides on lunch? Please contact Andre', Rick or Teri so that they can register you for the event? (Club pays the registration fee)
