May: Youth Services Month and Upcoming Programs


Next week, we welcome May as Youth Services Month. Here are the upcoming events and programs to look forward to:

  • Thursday, May 7:
    Narcotics Panel with local, state law enforcement, led by Tyler Lamon, training coordinator for the Thomas County Sheriff's Department
    Wine or Whine – Hubs & Hops, tentatively; 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 14: A Glimpse into Georgia's Climate Future with John Lanier
  • Wednesday, May, 20: Coffee Chat
    Join us at Grassroots Coffee for a cup of coffee and a casual conversation with fellow Rotarians! Stay long enough to enjoy breakfast and get to know your fellow Rotarians better or grab your coffee to go. No agenda, no program.
  • Thursday, May 21: Sort & Pack at Second Harvest, 11:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, May 23: Fresh Produce Market at Weston Park, set up starts at 7:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, May 28: 
    Blood Drive, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
