Olmapinu Comprehensive School Sanitation and Hygiene Project in Kenya

The main objective of the project is to improve the sanitation and hygiene for 424 students and the staff of the Olmapinu Comprehensive School in Kenya. This school serves children of the Maasai tribe. The sub-objectives are to comply with all Kenya directives, support the management committee, provide 12 toilets for girls, 5 toilets for boys and 5 urinals for boys, and toilet facilities for the staff, younger and handicapped children, provide hand washing facilities, educate children, staff and parents on the need for sanitation and hygiene and provide for the.sustainability of the project.
