The Rotary Club of Thomasville and United Way Golf Classic, benefitting our Rotary Big Impact community projects and the Thomas County United Way, is Saturday, Aug. 22 at Country Oaks Golf Course.
United Way supports 18 local agencies, directly impacting the lives of countless residents. Your participation and support are vital in making this event a success. We need volunteers on the afternoon of Friday, Aug. 21 and morning of the golf tournament.
To volunteer, sign up here or contact Scooter Grubbs or Mary Beth Donalson.
Sponsors should complete this form and return it to Mary Beth.

Training Courses Available
Log into your My Rotary account to take advantage of Rotary training courses in a variety of areas, including professional development and timely topics like change management and uncovering unconscious bias.
All officers and directors who will take office in July for the 2026-2027 Rotary year are required to take the courses available for their role. Anyone who would like to volunteer as committee members and potential officers are also encouraged to take the courses.
Questions? Contact André Marria (229.221.7230), learning facilitator for our club and the district.

Dues Increasing July 1
Quarterly dues will increase in the new fiscal year that begins July 1. Dues will increase from $185 to $235, not including $25 quarterly optional donations to the Rotary Foundation and GRSP that are encouraged.
Why now?
- Our dues have not increased since 2015.
- Both District 6900 and Rotary International have increased dues three times since 2015.
- The adjustment also accounts for increasing prices for meals, venue costs, and other routine expenses that support our meetings and activities.
If you have any questions about these cost increases, please contact Teri White, who will be treasurer in 2026-2027.
