Also, I heard from James Eubanks that their expected arrival time at Pebble Hill is 12:15 pm.
I still think a set up time of 11:15 will be okay for set-up, as Stephan is setting up PA and we are only decorating/placing items on the inside tables, etc.
Carol, Angela, and Debbie can plan to be there at 11:00 to get things ready for decorating/placing items on the inside tables, which will make that go quickly.
James said that they hope to leave Pebble Hill to travel to the GRSP Fountain at 3:00 pm.
