Here’s a little secret about leadership: nobody starts out knowing how to do it. Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) helps turn your desire to make a difference into skills you can use. Good intentions are a great start, but communities also need people who know how to listen, organize, and bring others along. You’ll learn alongside fellow Rotarians and pick up tools for leading and mentoring. Sessions are offered monthly, both online and in person, so there’s a format that fits your schedule. You don’t have to think of yourself as a “leader” to benefit. Have you ever wondered, “What more could I offer?” RLI is a great place to find out. When you grow, your club grows with you. So give it a try with an open heart.
Check out the opportunities at the RLI website. And think about joining us in person in Thomasville, GA on Saturday, January 30; you can sign up at the website.
