When the new
school year starts, so does the Laws of Life Essay Contest. Teachers at many
participating high schools use the essay as an icebreaker to truly get to know
their students both personally and academically. If you partner with a local
high school on any club projects, make sure you include the Laws of Life
contest in your plans.
When schools
register, the GLL team sends contest materials for the classroom, including the
contest manual and suggested lesson plans as well as 4-color informational
posters. This year, we’re also sending
inspirational Laws of Life stickers (shown here) for students.
If you want
to share the program with your club, you can contact the District 6900 GLL
Chair, Linda Hatten at linda@georgialawsoflife.org to plan a presentation.
